This research article examines the contemporary and political significance of the philosophy of Ittifaqat developed by Shah Wali Allah Muhaddith Dehlawi.It explores the conceptual foundations of this philosophy and highlights its role in promoting social harmony, political stability, justice, and collective welfare within an Islamic framework. Using an analytical and qualitative research methodology, the study investigates Shah Wali Allah’s views in light of his primary works and relevant contemporary scholarship.The article argues that his philosophy offers practical guidance for addressing modern political polarization, governance challenges, and social conflicts. It further demonstrates that the principles of moderation, consultation,public interest,and unity emphasized by Shah Wali Allah remain highly relevant for contemporary Muslim societies. The study concludes that his political thought provides a balanced intellectual framework capable of contributing to ethical governance and sustainable social cohesion in the modern world.
