The paper also examines successful retention strategies, including strong leadership, employee engagement, continuous learning opportunities, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Additionally, the paper discusses challenges such as budget constraints, resistance to change, and intense competition for talent, offering solutions through strategic planning and innovative practices.
