SOCIAL CHALLENGES FACING THE ISLAMIC WORLD AND THEIR SOLUTIONS IN THE LIGHT OF THE SEERAH NABVI (PBUH)

Abstract

The Islamic world today grapples with a multitude of social challenges, including gender inequality, sectarianism, and moral decline. These issues hinder progress, social cohesion, and the realization of a just and balanced society as envisioned by Islamic principles. This paper explores these challenges through the lens of the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), highlighting timeless solutions rooted in his teachings and practices. The Prophet’s approach to social justice,  economic equity, community building, and the empowerment of marginalized groups serves as a comprehensive model for addressing contemporary issues by examining key events and strategies from his life. This study argues that a return to the ethical and practical framework of the Prophet's example offers viable, sustainable solutions for the Islamic world today. Through this lens, the Seerah emerges not merely as a historical account, but as a living guide for transformative social reform.
