Abstract

The research investigates the increasing incidence of online child sexual abuse (OCSA) in Pakistan, highlighting its diverse manifestations, demographic trends, and the legal and procedural gaps. By integrating insights from NGOs, government frameworks, and technological interventions, the study provides a comprehensive understanding of how digital platforms facilitate abuse. The findings emphasize the need for reforms in legal frameworks and international collaborations to curb the transnational nature of the crime.

Recommendations include enhancing law enforcement capabilities, increasing public awareness, and implementing technology-driven safeguards to protect children.
