This study explores the development and promotion of Islamic cultural consciousness among the youth in the context of rapid globalization, media influence, and cultural hybridization. It examines the underlying causes that have led to the decline of Islamic identity and values among young Muslims, including secular education systems, Western cultural dominance, and digital distractions. The research further analyzes the major obstacles hindering the revival of Islamic culture—such as intellectual disconnection from tradition, weak family and institutional roles, and lack of contextualized religious education. In response, the paper proposes a multi-dimensional strategy that emphasizes the integration of Islamic teachings into modern education, effective use of digital platforms for cultural awareness, revival of community-based mentorship, and fostering critical thinking rooted in faith. The study concludes that promoting Islamic cultural consciousness requires a balanced synthesis of tradition and modernity to equip the youth with a strong spiritual, moral, and intellectual foundation in the contemporary world.
