This research article critically examines four prominent modern ideologies—Atheism, Secularism, Feminism, and Liberalism—from the perspective of the Qur’an. These ideologies, although influential in shaping modern sociopolitical and ethical thought, present serious epistemological and moral challenges when evaluated under the framework of Islamic revelation. Atheism, with its denial of the divine, contradicts the Qur'anic conception of innate human recognition of a Creator. Secularism, which seeks to privatize religion, opposes the holistic Qur’anic vision of faith as a complete way of life. Feminism, particularly in its radical form, conflicts with the Qur'anic model of gender justice rooted in complementarity, not conflict. Liberalism promotes individual autonomy and moral relativism, clashing with Qur’anic directives rooted in divine sovereignty and objective ethics. The paper argues that the Qur’an offers a cohesive, divinely guided worldview that not only critiques but provides superior alternatives to these ideologies. This study aims to reinforce an intellectual revival among Muslims grounded in revelation and divine guidance.
