Abstract

This study explores the boundaries and conditions related to women's travel in the light of Islamic teachings. Beginning with the conceptual introduction of travel and recreation in Islam, the paper elaborates on the Islamic guidelines that govern women's movement for tourism. It highlights how women can travel safely within Islamic limits and examines both domestic and international travel for Muslim women. Furthermore, the study investigates the economic potential of women's tourism in Pakistan and how it can contribute to national revenue. The article concludes with suggestions for a safe and balanced tourism system aligned with Islamic values.
