Abstract

This article will provide a brief introduction to Al-Mabsut and its author as well as explain the basic financial principles of Al-Mabsut, what property is and usury. A jurisprudential review of online earning will be conducted. The principles of Al-Mabsut will be applied by conducting a jurisprudential review of cryptocurrency and various jurisprudential opinions will be reviewed on current sources of earning such as freelancing, e-commerce, YouTube or social media monetisation, and modern topics such as online education and consulting. Solutions to these problems and a path for the future will be found. Summary and conclusions will be drawn, and recommendations will be made.
